This Privacy Policy explains what information Welltimed collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to keep your health-related inputs private.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password.
Survey & schedule data: the answers you give and the supplement schedule you build, so we can generate and save your plan.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics to keep the Service reliable.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide the Service — generating your recommendations and schedule, managing your membership, sending your receipt and important account emails, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Health information
Your survey answers may reveal health-related preferences. We treat this information as sensitive, use it only to power your personalized plan, and never sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing with service providers
We share limited data with trusted providers who help us operate — for example, payment processing and transactional email. These providers are bound to use your data only to perform services for us.
5. Data retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it on request or a reasonable time after account closure. We use industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
