Welcome to Welltimed. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Welltimed website, application, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Welltimed is (and isn't)
Welltimed is an educational tool that helps you organize the supplements and vitamins you already take into a timing schedule based on general nutritional-science guidance. Welltimed does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for the advice of a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified health professional. Always consult a professional before starting, stopping, or combining any supplement or medication.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership.
3. Membership & billing
Welltimed is offered as a subscription billed at $29 per month unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with advance notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, reselling access, reverse-engineering it, or using it to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by Welltimed and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your personal schedule and inputs remain yours.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welltimed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health decisions.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
